Pillsbury

Pillsbury is a leading consumer products company.  The Marketing Division of Pillsbury consumer products needed a product manager for a specific product line.It was difficult for Pillsbury management to identify, qualify, and hire the right candidate for the position.

Approach

Our resources worked closely with Senior Marketing Directors with Pillsbury to identify the right candidates for the position.  Using our 8-step recruiting methodology, we interviewed top management to understand the team, products, and culture.  Next we developed the blueprint for the ideal candidate.  We then reached out to the marketplace and identified multiple candidates, conducted pre-screening interviews, narrowed the field of candidates, introduced the candidates to Pillsbury, and provided assistance in the negotiation of compensation.

Results

We identified numerous candidates, narrowed the field to a couple of candidates, submitted the candidates, and Pillsbury hired a Product Manager within 30 days of our assignment.
