Syncata engaged us to identify and provide a database resource with the specific skills needed to support the Toyota project need. 

Using our 8-step resource recruiting methodology, we interviewed top management and the internal Syncata recruiting manager to ascertain the specific skill set need to support the project.  We developed the blueprint for the ideal candidate, reached out to the marketplace and identified multiple candidates, conducted pre-screening interviews, narrowed the field of candidates, introduced the candidates to Syncata, and supplied the resource to Syncata for approximately seven (7) months.
