Toyota engaged us to manage the entire infrastructure deployment and application implementation. We developed a task plan consisting of over 200 tasks, worked closely with Tax, Vendor Partners, and hardware and networking partners to deliver on time and under budget.  We worked closely with Enterprise Architecture and the Networking, Integration, Design & Engineering, and Security Centers of Excellence to devise a detailed infrastructure design and deployment structure.

Project was implemented in approximately 5 weeks with no service disruption to Toyota Tax.
