Toyota engaged us to manage the infrastructure and integration components for the project.  With interfaces to Swift Net, Bloomberg, Reuters, ATOM, PeopleSoft, and Bancware’s ALM products, including 9 separate banking interfaces via Swift Net, the infrastructure and networking component design and development was tedious.  We developed a task plan consisting of over 70  tasks, worked closely with Treasury, Vendor Partners, Banking Institutions, and hardware and networking partners to deliver on time and under budget.  We worked closely with Enterprise Architecture and the Networking, Integration, Design & Engineering, and Security Centers of Excellence to devise detailed infrastructure design and deployment.

We worked closely with Ernst & Young (Business Process Re-design) and Trema (Product Implementation Partner) to support a 9 month implementation horizon.
