PGE engaged us to participate in their upgrade to NERC-CIP v7 regulations. We were asked to manage numerous projects under various CIP initiatives, including Cybersecurity Alerts, Malware Lab Relocation, Incident Response, Remote Access, and several Infrastructure upgrades.

Managing Several NERC-CIP Initiatives
APPROACH
Our approach was designed around cross-functional IT Project & Program Management services. We:
Facilitated a software selection project for an Enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Alert Enterprise Management solution
Facilitated a malware lab relocation
Facilitated a sofware selection project for an Enterprise-wide Cybersecurity Incident Response Case Management solution
Facilitated the rollout of the “Encase” agent on the operational data network
Facilitated the updgrade of the enterprise-wide Interactive Remote Access / Citrix platform
Facilitated the implementation of the Appian Platform of tools for NERC-CIP compliance reporting
Solution / RESULTS
We completed over $8mm in project work for PG&E. We managed numerous cross-functional teams including internal resources, external resources, client and vendor resources. We developed detailed requirements, project plans and 100+ project deliverables according to PG&E’s project methodology.
